Mindful Relaxation
Experience ultimate relaxation in a group setting at the Sacred Space massage studio or at your own private event!
Classes are kept small so each individual can indulge in a transformative experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.
Each class is lead through a series of comfortable and supported gentle stretch Yomassage® positions, a breathing exercise, guided meditation, and therapeutic massage.
Throughout the session, you’ll allow your body to move into the deeper state of relaxation and ignite the mind-body connection through therapeutic touch, restorative stretch, and mindful meditation.
Restorative Self-Care
Our Restorative Self-Care class also include mindful meditation and breath work for relaxation.
In these classes you will be provided a massage ball and guided through various ways you can utilize this tool to ease tension and restore harmony in the body.
The techniques taught in this class can also be utilized at home, not just during the class.
Our Restorative Self-Care classes are the perfect addition to corporate wellness programs, team building sessions and any other self-care events.

Under the moon's embrace—whether full or new—join us for a journey of deep relaxation and renewal.
